Cant Dial Toll Free numbers

I am using Free PBX Incredible with google voice I am trying to dial 800 numbers and all it does is ring and doesnt get connected to the auto attendeant on their end. I have read some posts aboutAsterisk Outbound Dial command options and I have nothing there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Goto Free-PBX > Setup > Outbound Routes, select "Toll Free" trunk and change "Trunk Sequence for Matched Routes "0" zero sequence to use one of your google outbound routes.

This was in the setup instructions that I used, but can't seem to find it now. Anyway, should clear up your problem.
