Can't get desk phones to dial out

So at home I have 2 grandstream phones on our desks. Starting last week they are unable to dial out at all. They go through the trunks but no love is given to them. All of my other sip phones can dial out just fine. You can call the extension that is on the phone just fine but for the life of me I cannot figure out why these phones will not dial out. Can't say for sure, but check your codecs. Also, generally using punctuation like "." and spaces can cause problems with calls when used in trunk names.

But all of my other phones dial out just fine. None of my configuration has changed.

Thanks for the help with this. Like I said I can call the extension with no problems I just can't make any calls from the extensions its so weird

Did you setup the phones manually?

as far as putting in the user/pass in the phones WebUI yes that I did. The extensions on the other hand I just used what the IncrediblePBX created for me. These were working fine up until about a week or so ago.

Something must have changed a week or so ago. Did you upgrade anything, add anything to the phone system?

The only thing major that I've done recently was subscribed to voip.ms and I also upgraded to the latest version of PBXIAF. After the install and my restore completed everything was working fine, then I had to reboot my esxi host and after that its been like this. Just so strange lol
