Just downloaded the latest PIAF 1.3.

Installed on test pc with ks16.

Everything installs fine, I run update-scripts16, then update-fixes16 reboot then update-fixes16 again.

I then ran passwd-master16.

When I go to login to freePBX im challenged with a username and password.

I try:
maint/password
admin/password
wwwadmin/password
maint/main
admin/admin
wwwadmin/wwwadmin

I get this every time.
Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

I tried setting up the password individually but with the same results... So I reformatted with the same results flowing the same pattern.

Any help? :banghead:

Once you run passwd-master, your login name to FreePBX should be maint with your root password.

Been there, done that, no luck.

I as well have tried to setup at least twice, and have been unable to login. passwd-master did not setup my password as you mention. I've tried all the passwords snowspeeder tried.

The only way I was able to sucessfully login was to set AUTHTYPE=none in amportal.conf.

Same issue here piaf 1.3, ks16.
Can't login no matter what combination I try.

This issue appears to be affecting Asterisk 1.6 at the moment still researching it.

...and I thought it was something I was doing wrong. installed 3 times....4th time went with 1.4.

Not sure why it is happening but have almost got it fixed.... still wrestling with zaptel and dahdi for 1.6 also. Just doing a final test install of piaf 1.3 on 32bit with asterisk 1.6 and freepbx 2.5 looking good so far......

While your playing anyways, give disa a try as well. I've been unable to get that to work with any pin other than "no pin"

Has anyone found a fix for this yet. I've had to install another 1.6 system, and none of the passwords work. I've tried every combination of password I know of to no avail.

Under the current set up (maint to login) the value of authtype in amportal.conf should be set to "none".

The admin directory is covered by htaccess, the config files for this are in /etc/pbx/httpdconf/pbx.conf
