Please bare with me because I am new and now confused. I have my trunk set to <877mynumber> and I have my out route set to "Name" <877mynumber> but in voip.ms cdr it returns badvalue on CallerID on all outgoing calls. I am in Canada so I believe my settings to be correct but I could be wrong.
After I have this working I want override the out route with the phone extention's associated name but right now that is all blank.
Any suggestions?
Edit: Well apparently checking Override Extensions fixed the problem but I still don't get why I had to do that when I left the extension Outgoing CID blank.
Edit 2: Figured it out with Override Extension unchecked, needed "Name" <877mynumber> on the trunk, I only had <877mynumber> like the help box said.
