on proxmox 1.9 and 2.0 i have the following issues:

after creating the vz i can not get to cli .

# this just hangs:
vzctl enter 103
entered into CT 103


# ssh ip address:
the 'PBX in a Flash PURPLE..' screen displays. but I get no cli prompt.

From my recollection this is a problem with proxmox. All of the PIAF Dev Team use Proxmox 1.8

Proxmox 1.9 doesn't support OpenVZ templates.
