Hello Guys I searched but i cannot find the answer, can you please point me to where I can change this

When I send fax The fax page that i sent have this text on top of the page.

Did you change it on all 4 modems? Did you restart the server?
It worked for me.

yes i did, what incrediblepbx are you using? mine is Incredible PBX 12.0.70 'Incredible PBX GUI' and avant fax 3.3.3
