NO JOY changed ip of pbx

I change the ip of the pbx and when going to epm it states:
Please change the location: Here
Or run this command on SSH: 'chown -hR root:asterisk /tftpboot/' then 'chmod g+w /tftpboot/'
when i put the command in it comes back with no such file or directory
i did the mkdir /tftpboot/ and it says already there.
help.

got it entered commands separately.

Does anyone know if this will effect other items. when i searched for end points it stated nmap not installed. reinstalled nmap and still says using arp.
