cheap voip phone no pc t*f*t*p

i am looking for cheap voip phone, dont care if its wifi, Lan, desk phone, wireless, i just want something i can program on the phone screen without needing a PC to t*f*t*p/upload a file.
- something under $50 dont matter color, black&white screen... just easy to program.

More decent than a softphone or cheap wifi phone. Nice web interface to program.
