CID Superfecta - VOIPCNAM.com

I am using PBXIAF with FreePBX version 2.8.1 and CID Superfecta 2.2.5beta1 (yes I know it is going to 3.xx).

My issue is that I really want to use CID Superfecta but I get no results from VOIPCNAM.com. I put in the correct API Key in CID Superfecta but it does not work. When I try the debug in CID Superfecta I get this

"Searching VoIPCNAM ... Operation timed out after 3000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received not found
result took 3.1207 seconds."

If I add the proper information in an another Caller ID Lookup Source, it works perfectly but then I lose the roll over ability of Superfecta (which I love).

I searched the forums and got nowhere on this issue. When I asked the VOIPCNAM.com people, the response was that the developer did not work with them so they didn't support CID Superfecta. I downloaded the php module myself to see what it did and it appears it is making the same http call to VOIPCNAM.com that you can from a browser line, moving the results to a variable and returning that variable (the caller ID). I know nothing about php so I don't know if the syntax is correct in the http call.

Can someone tell me what I can do to fix this situation? Thanks.

Using "http://query.voipcnam.com/query.php?api_key=[apikey]&number=[number]", I receive the correct result. The only thing I can think of is that the php script is somehow not passing the apikey you input from the CID Superfecta page (it does have a popup for that information) to this line of code.

I assume that it can because when I set up the separate CID Lookup and input the same information, it works perfectly.

Changed it to 4... same result

Changed it to 20 and it worked.... will change it back to 5

Check the "lookup timeout", it must need more than 3 sec (3000 ms) to finish the lookup.

Yeah its super slow, it needs 11s each time I've tested it over a 3 week period
