Good afternoon. I have been scouring the Googles all afternoon looking for answers. All of my softphones and Android SIP phones work on my setup. My Cisco 7940 can dial out just fine, but will not receive any calls. When I dial the extension (201) for the Cisco, it goes straight to voicemail. I have captured the entire log from the start of the call to hangup. It is long, but I'm sure one of you will spot something in there that is the culprit. Thank you very much for your help!

Here's the important part.

Cause 20 generally means the phone isn't registered. Is it?

Thank you - how can I tell if the phone is registered? I assume it is because I can dialout both locally and through Asterisk/SIP to the "real world"

I should also mention that this is all on WAN, and it had worked in the past. I really don't know what changed!
