Am I missing something?

When I enter 'asterisk -vvvr' I am presented with the CLI.

With several calls active, it scrolls so fast that I can't read anything. Is there some way to just look at the info I am requesting?

Maybe just look at Zap1 and not the rest of the lines???

If you access your PiaF from another machine via Putty you can set the scrollback buffer to be as large as you need.

And you can look at the /var/log/asterisk/full log, which is the output from the CLI, plus some extra, often useful, information.

To see the log live, as it is written, type

tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full

Putty is the Answer

I have been accessing the server using Putty but didn't understand all the settings with it.

After changing the "Lines of Scrollback" I noticed the option that "Reset Scrollback on Display Activity". Un-checked it and now I can look at the history without it scrolling off as soon as I hit the enter key.

Thanks for the poke in the correct direction.
