Using PBXIAF v 1.2.9, asterisk 1.6.2.6, FreePBX 2.9 latest updates. I'm not sure when but I think it was after updating to 2.9 incoming caller id just shows the number rather than name on bandwidth.com trunk. I have a broadvoice line and it works. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling cid superfecta but it didn't help. Is anyone else having trouble with bandwidth? I think it is possible they may have changed something. On incoming calls it just inserts the number for the name. I can post more information if anyone knows anything that might help.

I'm aware of the problems

I have been following this. Thats why I uninstalled superfecta. I shouldn't need it for the teleco provided info and like I said I'm getting cname on broadvoice, just not bandwidth.

Thanks for the help Lorne. I don't have it fixed but you made me think about a few things. Bandwidth.com probably doesn't supply name. I hadn't noticed, but somewhere along the line the lookup was disabled for all inbound routes. I looked at the fix, but since I don't know php i'm not sure how to implement the fix that mickecarlsson has. I register at colsolgrp to download the patch and am waiting for approval. I'll see what happens with that unless you know of another thread. I've been looking at this for a few weeks and thought I remembered another thread, possible on FreePBX forum, but I can't find it. Anyway, thanks, I think I know where to concentrate now.

Thanks. I had already found it. It appears to be working, at least debug is. Just waiting for a few calls to test it on. Thanks for the help. Maybe it will help someone else.
