Interesting they cornered and named the product "Phone". One would have thought that this was copyrighted somewhere. Maybe they should call it f-Phone?

Can't imagine that is a usage that they can protect. I don't think they are even trying. Neither the icon nor the word is "unique" and "non-obvious." Notice no "TM", "SM" or "circle-R" designation.
