FOOD FOR THOUGHT Confbridge reports inaccurate number of callers

I have Confbridge set up and is working fine except the "User Count" feature. If I am the only one that calls in it reports that there are 1 or 2 other listeners when there are none. At first I was afraid that someone's call never disconnected from a previous conference but I have checked cdr reports and that is not the case. So far the only thing I have found to correct this is to do an amportal restart. Any ideas on how to correct this?
 
No, but it would be good to know your version numbers. I recently fixed a couple weird things by upgrading to 11.15 . . .
 
I'd be inclined to try the upgrade. 11.15 so far has been pretty good and got rid of a couple minor annoyances.
