conference call

Hi all,

I want to be able to create a conference. To facilitate this, I want to use a couple of VOIP providers and my pstn lines.

Here is the concept:

Call comes into pstn line. IVR answers and option to enter conference is pressed. Then call is hook flash transfered to VOIP line.

The issue is that there has to be a way for the system to recognise that we already have 2 active calls on a particular sip trunk and to use a different trunk. I am thinking this should be fairly easy, but I can't wrap my brain around it.
