I've been using conference at least weekly for 3 months without any problem. Last night we had 12 callers but when the conference closed 3 lines failed to disconnect. One internal, 1 a SIP/URI through IPKall and 1 direct SIP/URI. It didn't time out within 10 minutes, amportal restart didn’t help so I rebooted. The list below shows the problem calls.
Anyone have any ideas why this happened? Would this eventually time out? What is the best way to terminate these calls in the future? If a call drops during a conference leaving a tone or recording, is there a way to identify the problem channel and disconnect?
