Conference Room email?

Ever since making these changes earlier I can't do anything in the FreePBX Administration page - it says the Asterisk service is not running - can't connect to it...
Could this have anything to do with me giving an SMB (samba) password to the user asterisk?
As soon as all calls are complete I will reboot the server to see if things come back to normal...

I have two development machines that I've set a password for Asterisk in samba.

One runs FreePBX

One runs Something else.

Both work and connect fine with Samba with the user Asterisk. So I would say something else got changed in the process.

Ug... So, after the reboot I can't connect using the share either (and samba is running). Guessing rebuilding will be quicker than troubleshooting this!
Luckily, it appears the phone system is still fully functional, just lost all interfaces into it! Only downtime is for me, not users!

In troubleshooting (something else, I forget what) I had updated the hosts file... I updated it again and all is well!

Thank you for all of the help!
