OK SO I have looked at this every way I can.
Last week this was working now it is not…
Confirm Calls not working on failover in queues.
What I mean by this is the "Confirm Calls" Option in follow me does not work when the extension is the fail over of a queue, it works in every other instance i can see.
More specifically I do not mean that this is a DTMF failure, the call is simply put straight through with no "Confirm Option" if the same extension is rung on it's own or if it is a member of a queue then "confirm Call" is offered when the call comes through..
Option in Queue is set to "Ring All"
So it seems to me there is a bug…
Anyone have any pointers… ?
Thanks...

I'm going to Cry … alot if someone can't think of anything…
boo hoo….

eh...reboot?? I know that Probably won't help, but hey, it worked for the Space Shuttle!

Use Webmin - File Manager - Edit and take a look at the Asterisk log file /var/log/asterisk/full and see if it has any clues. It can be a huge file or spanned across a few rotated logs: full1, full2, etc..

At first it is pretty intimidating but you can search (using the find option) for keywords. After a while, you'll know what belongs there and what is out of place.
