Another issue on my new 3CX install.
I'm using vitelity and have been for years with a prior rendition of Ward's work.
For the second time in 4 days, I'm getting this message from Vitelity:
"We received 'CONGESTION' when attempting to route the call to your server or device. This number is configured to route to the peer none on the account johndoe."
It's running on an i5 NUC, 24G, 256G SSD with only the PBX active...pristine install save for setup through Management Console interface. Network bandwidth is not a factor.
Trunk and extensions all show online in Management Console but calls do not get through.
Rebooting the server fixes it...except that some but not all Polycom 355's auto-connect to server.
