Connecting Servers with IAX2

Hello everyone,

I am having mixed results connecting 2 servers with IAX2

I have been able to get them to talk and pass a call from one server to another servers extensions.

However there are some weird things happening.

If i dial an extension on the remote system from my home system it rings on the other end. The remote side can pick up and a call works. If the remote end does not pick up after a certain period of time I just get a fast busy signal and am disconnected.

Shouldn't I get to their voicemail?

Also is there a way to intercom from server to server?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a shot in the dark: do you have "requirecalltoken=no" set in your trunks?

Yep and like i said I can dial extensions and talk to people if they answer
