QUESTION Curious why phones sometimes unregister

Hello,

We have an old Polycom phone SP IP550.
Just this morning, the extension showed "unregistered." (I'm pretty sure it was receiving calls fine before that)
Note: Overall, we do not have this issue occur, and I think it's mainly with this phone. Others do not lose registration that I know of.

What can cause this?
Would it be something with the settings of the attached screenshots?

If I reboot the phone, I then the phone is fine again (registered).

(I'm on Incredible PBX 13.0.197.28)

Lots of things, but what usually fixes this for me is to turn on NAT mode somewhere in the phone, and enable Keep Alive. Others will probably jump in with changes to your registration time settings.
 
This is not a cure but: A change to the Port number setting on the phone will force a register. I have done a port change like add 1 to potr number, then after it worked change it back.
