Current method of setup as of today?

With Digium dorking up everything and the pbiaf scripts site being upgraded, I am curious as to the proper way to setup a brand new pbiaf box? I have to setup a new one for a client today and used the 1.1 .iso but now what? Is it safe to run the update-scripts, update-source, etc. etc. stuff? If not, what should be my next step?

Just run the usual updates and scripts as you would normally, and everything will be fine, and your system should be virtually identical to the new version.
