QUESTION Delay before voicemail announcement

Getting a 10-15 second delay after the voicemail announcement and before the instructions on how to leave a voicemail.

Has anyone ever faced this issue? Any ideas where to look?

Tried re-recording the messages, there's no delay on the end of the message.

I'm sort of stumped.

Have you looked in the cli? What is happening after the message?

Thank you for the tip. It turns out that VMX locator pauses to wait for input. That was the issue.
