This is weird, but I trust the user that reported it, so...
I am running 64 bit on a PE430 with Digium 800P card. Sometimes, very infrequently, they clear messages and then another shows up that was from a call previous to the messages they just cleared. (in a Doctors office, very heavy inbound traffic).
Any ideas on why? How to begin troubleshooting? How to set logging to capture info to help?
Since they delete the messages, they are gone. I have asked them to save any that are received out of order instead of deleting.
Would the timestamp on the WAV file match when it is recorded or written? What could delay a write for almost 10 to 12 hours? Is some info in the MySQL database where I should look?
Very strange.
Thanks for any ideas.
