Detecting end of beeps during a call in asterisk

Hey guys , Ive very specific situation here
I need to make auto call to IVR menu , then to send DTMF (additional personal number, which consists of 4 digits) ,
then there is some pause, and beeps are started, with 4 secs silence between them , what I need is to wait the end of beeps , and to play some ,message to person.

Maybe you guys can help me to find some way to solve this task ?

The beeps are audio you are receiving from some device or you are generating - ?

Maybe look at a custom dial plan context with the Talk Detect function -

Its the audio Im receiving after I send DTMF (and hear when Im calling manually) , its like second Dial inside answered call
