dial patterns

Hi All,

Just looking for some dial pattern help.

I am having an issue with inbound routes. I need to watch for a couple of numbers and have them direct to different sections. This works if I put the _. in the cid for the route. But if there is no CID then the caller gets out of service message. How can I avoid this?

So, I have 3 routes on CID all with no DID.

1) is nxxnxxxxxx
2) is nxxnxx1111
3) is _.

But as I said, the no CID/blank CID gets the out of service message.
