DID call connected SILENT

When I dial my DID number, I did not hear any ring tone at all. My phone displayed status, “CONNECTED”, but I do not hear any intro message at all like
“please enter your PIN number or any message at all“ It is totally silent.

It stays connected for exactly 33 seconds every time, then it disconnected automatically.

I had tried to go through my a2billing.conf file, but could find any related info. Searching in this forum, but still could not find any info related to my issue. I may have missed something some where.

I would be really appreciate if someone can point me to the right direction of where I should be looking at.
