Digium cards stop prerecorded messages?

I'm running the latest updated version of PiaF with a TDM400 and TE110p card. Without the TE110p, *65 works great. With the TE110p, I can see on the CLI the messages start and hang - no audio on the phones. I can call fine between an FXS extension and SIP phone without any problems - just can't get any feature codes to work that require a system message. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?
