QUESTION Disable the 'connecting to' prompt when calling out?

Hi, I just installed PIAF3 with Asterisk 13.18.4. When dialling out from an extension I get a voice prompt sayin 'connection to', then a few seconds silence, then the call connects. How do I disable the 'connecting to' prompt?
