SOLVED Downloaded incrediblepbx13-12.2-centos.tar.gz

I am doing a new install with CentOS 6.7.

I just downloaded this (1/8/2015 10:20 AM CST) and unpacked it in the /root directory.
Shouldn't admin-pw-change, timezone-setup be in this download?

My BAD! I think I may have spoken too soon.
I did not run the /root/IncrediblePBX* script first.
