Phones: Yealink T42G & T48G
Sometimes our receptionist will hit *2 to do an attend transfer, then look at her cheat sheet to look up the persons extension (yes, she should look it up first). She has about 3 seconds then the operation times out & it says that's no a valid extension. Is there anyway to increase this timeout/delay period?

Don't remember exactly but in the phone configuration the is an inter digit timer .

You could change the sound recording for pbx-transfer.ulaw and add 30 seconds. I tested it with the attached, although this is Pat Fleet's recording, you may need to modify yours with Audacity.
