I am having an echo issue with all my phones when they are on mute. Not when they are on HOLD, just mute.
PIAF used: lastest, fresh install, Green PIAF.
Phones used: Polycom IP330, Grandstream GXP1400, Cisco G525G2, Aastra 6731i, X-Lite softphone
This issue has been proven to happen on all 3 VPS providers (different networks) and on a LAN with physical PBX server.
We have swapped different hardware (routers, switches, servers, NICs).
We have used network tools such as MTR, ping plotter, etc to map out the routes to make sure there is no issues with networking.
We have also tinkered with settings manually on the phones to adjust CODECS, silence suppression, echo suppression, TX/RX gain, etc.
If anyone can please assist or point us in a direction, would be greatly appreciated.
