Hello!

I appreciate all of the work you are doing. Thanks!

I have been a long time user of TrixBox but I am migrating my server to a digitalocean droplet. I followed your instructions for installing Incredible PBX and have a working pbx now that is successfully connecting to vitelity! Awesome!

But I'm confused... I set up my trunk but now I'm trying to set up the inbound routes. I have several DIDs... some go to their own IVRs, some go right to extensions. Do I have to edit the extensions.conf, extensions_additional.conf, and extensions_custom.conf directly?

Was I using the Trixbox interface to do this before? Or was I using FreePBX?

I feel like I am very close, but editing the ext.conf files directly seems daunting.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Dave

OS Version:
Linux xx.xx.net 3.13.0-57-generic #95-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jun 19 09:28:15 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Asterisk Build:
Asterisk/11.18.0
Asterisk GUI-version : SVN-branch-2.0-r5220

There's no FreePBX-compatibility in the Asterisk-GUI release you are using. Digium also has discontinued support of the platform. My recommendation would be to start over with one of the newer Incredible GUI builds. Complete tutorials for Ubuntu and CentOS platforms are available on Nerd Vittles.

OK Thanks. I am up and running now on incredible pbx on digitalocean. I have a fax question, but I'll start another thread.
