etrieve_conf failed to sym link after installing incredible pbx

This error occurred on the FreePBX system status after installing Incredible PBX

retrieve_conf failed to sym link:
/etc/asterisk/sip_notify.conf from restart/etc
This can result in FATAL failures to your PBX. If the target file exists and not identical, the symlink will not occur and you should rename the target file to allow the automatic sym link to occur and remove this error, unless this is an intentional customization.

Any idea how to fix this, or if the problem is as bad as it suggests? --- does it een need fixing?

the error was caused by me trying to re-import an old backup after install incredible pbx. I re-installed without restoring the backup adn good to go.
