Asterisk Summary - Sip Peers 1 offline
Channel Sip Info - 370/370 host (unspecified) port 0 status UNKNOWN

The phone status is registered, can call out, has an IP, and can log into the phone.

Changed phone, cable, switch port, issue remains.
Had same issue on ext 371 earlier.
Changed phone, cable, switch port, issue remained until I deleted the extension. Reprogramed ext. 371 and so far it is ok but 370 started dropping out.

Wiped and reinstalled. So far so good. One day and counting

pbx and phone are default
looks like it starting up again
the phone status shows it is registered but asterisk has it offline

Thanks gary, they are yealink.
Going back to a PIAF Green install

It appears that the registration problem with (some) Yealink phones is resolved with Asterisk version 13.7.0 and later. What version of Asterisk is included in the latest ISO IncrediblePBX13.2.iso from SourceForge?

One of two older model (T20P) Yealink phones at a client installation where the second line on the phone is up and down
every (approx.) five minutes. The "status" report when logging into the installation shows "Incredible PBX/FAX 13-12.2 for CentOS6"; and Asterisk 13.6.0, Incredible GUI 12.0.39. The phones are registered as ChanPSIP devices, using port 5061. (I was not successful getting the phones to work at all as PJSIP devices on port 5060.)

Can the patch be applied that's listed in the Asterisk Issues report, (above: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-25476? - asterisk-13-issue-ASTERISK-25476.patch (20/Oct/15 1:25 PM) How is this done, or would it be best to rebuild the server?

The client really likes the phones, so I'd prefer to not replace them with something different. TIA for any insight or suggestions.

/Pete./
