Extension won't pick up

Hi,

I am trying to bring up a Teleyapper system. When I dial myDID the system pick up and give me a general greeting recording. If I dial 674 (ie MSG) all I get is a busy signal. Excuse me if theis has been answered already but I did a search and did not find this topic already answered. I am a newbie, so when you tell me to check something please don't tell em to "Check the muffler valve" tell me specifically the steps to perform....

I found the answer, you can not define an extension that exists in custom_extensions.conf If you remove the extension from extensions of FreePBX it works.
