BUG Fax Detection Magically Stopped Working

So randomly the Fax Detection stopped working. All faxes are going into the IVR.

We are using SIP and have a SPA122 connected to the fax with T38 enabled. It was working fine with no issues until 7 days ago.

Now no matter what trying to recieve faxes doesn't work. I tried changing the fax detect time but to no avail.

Is there any way to trouble shoot this? I've checked the shows up as going to the IVR. I use a digital system to test our faxes. Tried on other systems and fax detection works without any problems so it's not the fax system.
