Faxes not getting emailed properly - Please help

My faxes are not getting sent out of the system. I get them in root's mail, but not where they are configured to go.

Sendmail is sending - sends mail through the mail -s "test" test.
General settings set to System to handle faxes.
Valid email address for the send faxes to email address.

Any ideas where to look next?
