Available Now
New installs
PIAF 1757
updated all the payloads seems there are a few problems with centos 5.7 and we have to do some extra things in order to get everything to work. So if you were having problems with he 17571 iso I recommend you reinstall you favorite color and see if it is better.
Old installs
update-source
Has been updated to ensure that the new asterisk dependencies are now present on your system prior to upgrading purple/red to newer versions. (There is no red newer version YET)
status and statustofile
have been updated to provide full vitualization support. This means that status/statustofile correctly identifies the type of virt and modifies it's output appropriately. This is an initial step in more fully supporting virtualization however we can only develop for platforms we have in the lab.
Currently
Vmware Workstation 8
Proxmox 1.8 both kvm and openvz KVM reports as QEMU and OPENVZ reports as proxmox
How do I get them?
In your virt machine run update-programs and poof there you are.

More stuff needed
We have been looking for other physical servers to be donated to us, permanently, to install in the lab but so far no one has stepped up to the plate. So if you want to see better support for *your* virtualization type donate a server that can run your type of virt. Also if you are running a commercial virt and want development for it you will have to provide a license for it.
Because this is an unfunded project we cant afford to take money out of our mortgage payments for commercial software. Unfortunately shared hosing is not an option for us due to security reasons.
That being said just because you donated a server and a license it does not mean you will get free technical support and we will only concentrate on your project. We cant develop for a platform we dont have in the lab! In other words your donations are appreciated but can only be on a "NO STRINGS" basis.
The PIAF svn type server recently packed it in and we had to buy one out of our own pocket. This is the server which has all of the code for piaf since the beginning. (Yes it is a non public server ONLY available to the PIAF Dev Team via vpn) So why not help the PIAF Dev Team?
We have also been wanting a few other phones for some new projects we are working on and have for asked for some aastra and cisco to be donated but nothing yet. Wish we had the development budgets of the "other" guys!
Thanks for listening I hate to whine...... If you have anything that will help PM Me please.
