QUESTION First attempt at making a backup...

Hello:

I would like to:

1. make a complete backup of my PIAF system.
2. make an image backup of my Droplet.

To make the PIAF system backup, do I just use: Admin -> Backup & Restore? If so, is there a tutorial showing how to do this with respect to all the settings that I see on that page? Also, where will the backup actually live? I would like to save it on my PC.
To make an image backup, do I just use something like CloneZilla?

Edit: I ran the 'default backup' and it completed but, where is it?
