Flash Operator Panel buttons

I have been able to modify the styles of the FOP but I have not been able to get the magical 100 buttons that all threads talk about. I can make the buttons smaller but I havent figured out how to get more buttons in the screen. Right now the buttons are very small and half of the screen is empty.
Any tips?

OK, finally solved this one...at least very closely...still have some overlapping text issues but its close enough.
