I had high hopes of more ethical treatment from Flowroute.
"Surely they can't hit their customers with this $2k+ "tax" with ~6 days notice"
I really thought there was a good chance the new fees wouldn't hit until the monthly reload at the END of February. But no... nice surprise email today letting me know my account balance might go negative tomorrow. Nice $2300 "management fee" tacked on!
True to their 6-day warning, this below account I made awhile back to test a new sub-account/user management feature they launched. This account does not have a single DID or route configured, 99.9% empty, just a shell. It too has a $1.73 w/tax E911 fee.
At least they signed it "Sincerely"
