Problem: followme will not dial out, message saying "all circuits are busy."
Can dial manually on any phone to any number but when freepbx is setup to dial out to a cell phone using either Ring group or followme , get the message "all circuits are busy". Tried using area code, 1+ AC and the number alone. This pbx is attached to a PRI, Digium te133

Are you trying to send the call out of a dahdi trunk? If so, what kind of line is it? A standard telephone line? Or PRI?

If it's a standard telephone line, and it's the same line as the incoming call, then the follow me won't work. You can't make a call on a standard telephone line, while receiving a call.

As stated in the initial post using a PRI.

Hi

Does your provider only allow you to dial out using your own caller ID's. If it's a follow-me, it's likely that the caller ID will be that of the calling party, and your service provider will block the call.

intense pri debug will give you more information as to what it causing the problem.

I setup a ring group, dial in and goes straight to ring group and dial cell phone and got the same kinds of messages, the provider is Comcast. It reminds me of a modem waiting for a dial tone and you would need to place comma before the number causing it to pause for dial tone before dialing.

Rick

Joe, you are right on, contacted Comcast and they knew how to fix the problem in their Adtran and the outpulsing settings.

Thanks,
Rick
