Follow me then call que????

what I am wondering is how one would setup to have customer (A) call into PBX, then choose extension for employee (G) then it rings and follow me is enabled, but then if employee (G) dosen't answer the call on the cell or whatever other number they wanted. it would place customer (A) into a que and every few seconds or so call employee (G) so that say if a bad service area on cell phone for employee (G), could then take call once he or she has service or is in a better position to take the call from customer (A).

then if wanted customer (A) could leave a message for employee (G) while in the que...
