I have remote users extensions setup with followme to their cell phones(thanks to the great help in the forums!!!!). I found out yesterday that it was not working. Don't know how long its been like this, but it WAS working. I did some testing and the PBX was trying to call an outside cell number, like it was supposed to. I checked callcentric logs and the number came up saying invalid.
I wound up adding a "1" in front of the cell number(I was told not to do this when I set it up originally) and then the call would go through and work properly. Nothing has been changed on the PBX. I contacted callcentric and they said they have not made any changes.
Its working now, but just wanted to share with the group in case it helps anyone else that encounters this....
