FonicaTec Int'l Calls Fail

Hi All,

Running into a strange problem... Have had a PIAF system running fine for the last several months, but ran into problems and had to take it off-line for a few weeks. Bringing it back online now; haven't made any significant changes to the configuration, but when I make calls out my pbxinaflash/fonicatec trunk I get an "All circuits are busy now..." message. Strange thing though, this only occurs when I'm dialing international numbers; I can dial my local cell phone just fine. Here's the asterisk logs:

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!
 
I'll also note that I get the same thing occuring on my Gafachi trunk. FonicaTec is IAX, Gafachi is SIP.

Running PIAF1.4x64.

The Fonicatec USA service is having problems right now, more news as I get it.

Does FonicaTec use another carrier for international trunks? I ask because I have multiple carriers all exhibiting the same behavior...
