Fonicatec Update

I tried to make a call out earlier this week and an automated reply was I had no credits.
I went to the fonicatec website and could not find any place to log on.
I tried to google for the log on page.

Anyone out their still using fonicatec? :crazy:
 
looks like I was deactivated and now I received a reply.
some emails were going to my spam.
seems like all is good.
 
They've blown away our account so... we're about to blow away their DNS entries on our pbxinaflash.net and .com domains. Just giving you a little advance warning in case your server entries rely upon our DNS. :mad5:
 
Fonicatec service is getting really bad ...

I had some issues with Fonicatec some time ago, and I when I contacted them, I received this reply from from Mark Trowbridge (Joe's successor):

No other changes since Joe left – from memory we have had one minor outage which was our fault and one which was down to power failure on an entire grid in California - we have kept the service alive for the community, but we weren’t even advised about the domain ‘iaxusa.pbxinaflash.net’ being taken down, plus the entire service is running at a loss, so one day we will have to review this.

Since then, I moved to VOIP.MS (still have Fonicatec as backup), and I am really happy with their service. I used Fonicatec for over 2 years as a sole provider and they were rock solid, but unfortunately that seems to be changing lately.
