BUG fopfix29.tgz cannot be downloaded within update-fixes

On a fresh PIAF-Green 2.0.6.4 VPS install, I am getting an error during update-fixes telling me that fopfix29.tgz cannot be downloaded.

Here is the complete error message:

I experienced the same problem. Was assuming it was linked to me upgrading fop2 to the most recent version so have not looked into it in more detail.

I do not believe I have done that, so I am not sure where the disconnect is.
