forward incoming calls to answering service

Latest PIAF Purple-4 POTS lines.
Until I/we get used to after hours call routing, the office wants to continue using their answering service.

Currently when the "boss" leaves for the night he forwards calls to the answering service. With PIAF won't this just forward HIS calls?

I'd like to forward all calls coming in after hours to the aswering service.

I was thinking a Ring Group and putting the answering services' number in it then setting the inbound route.

Any thoughts?

Yes, you are correct - that will only do his calls.
You can do what you want two ways:
1. Day/Night Mode: Set manually by dialing a Star code or pressing a feature button on a phone - redirects calls to secondary destination.

2. Time Conditions: Automatically redirects calls to secondary destination based on time of day.
 
I'll look at the day/night and/or time conditions to solve this.
