Hi, we have set up our phone system with an IVR that allows customers to get hold of the out of hours engineer for support, this works well however the calls are not recorded. I have tried both a ring group with the mobile number in it and also a custom follow me extension with record incoming and out going set to always. I get the same problem its No AMPUSER db entry for 07******.
